About Us

Thank you for visiting us at the Constitutional Conservative Alliance. Featuring coverage of key states involved in Sovereignty and Tenth Amendment issues and topics.

State Sovereignty and the Tenth Amendment movement is the notice to the federal government.

The federal government is like a bad employee.

You must first document the employees bad behavior, and that employee must be given notice before they can be terminated.

The State Sovereignty Resolution is the notice to the federal government presented by WE THE PEOPLE in our constitutional role as their employer

The Constitutional Conservative Alliance is working to unite states in the assertion of their constitutional right to sovereignty. We strive to advance all constitutional rights and privileges ratified by our founding fathers in 1789. The Constitutional Conservative Alliance serves as a forum for the study and exploration of state and individual sovereignty issues, focusing primarily on the decentralization of federal government power.

Our mission is to bring together representatives of the states in an effort to regain our constitutional powers as set down in the tenth amendment. This document ratified in 1789 simply states:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

The Health Care legislation in its current form will effectively take over nearly 20% of the American economy. The 8% increase in your employers cost to fund this abomination could cause one in 13 people to loose their jobs in order for the business to hold on to its current cash flow.

The proposed Cap and Trade legislation would dramtically raise individual energy costs, by Obama's own statements.

Several months ago the Federal Government decided that they would assume control of both Chrysler and General Motors after those companies decided to recieve federal bailout money.
Recently a program was launched to revive the slumping sales of the auto industry, (Cash For Clunkers).
Here are the most recent numbers for the American auto industry.

In the aftermath of President Obama’s Cash for Clunkers, U.S. auto sales plunged 23%.
47% at GM,
44% at Chrysler,
8.9% at Ford,
16% at Toyota,
23% at Honda,
11% at Nissan.
Now the federal government is in the process of a hostile takeover of the U.S. health care system.
When the Mortality Rates in this country begin to show the same trend as the Auto industry numbers, WILL AMERICANS FINALLY WAKE UP?  Contact Information:
